SHINEDOWN, BUCKCHERRY Members Featured in SAVING ABEL Guitarist's Tattoo-Inspired Clothing Line

July 18, 2012

Anne Erickson of Audio Ink Radio recently conducted a video interview with guitarist Scott Bartlett of the Memphis rock outfit SAVING ABEL. The chat can now be viewed below.

Bartlett is the owner of TATCo, a tattoo-inspired clothing line that offers clothing from Bartlett, as well as Zach Myers of SHINEDOWN, Barry Kerch of SHINEDOWN and Xavier Muriel of BUCKCHERRY.

"My company is called TATCo, which is an acronym that stands for the Artist Tattoo Company," Bartlett said. "I put my tattoos on my clothes, and I also endorse a few other people — some of the SHINEDOWN guys and some of the BUCKCHERRY guys. And they have independent lines of clothing through my company. So, I put their tattoos on their clothes."

The line may be viewed via www.tatcodesign.com.

SAVING ABEL released its latest studio album, "Bringing Down the Giant", on Tuesday (July 17).

"We continue to grow as songwriters and ultimately as men and people, and I think our music reflects it," Bartlett said of the new album. "We pulled off the road, so we had eight months to write this one, and it’s the first time we’ve been able to do that. We have more stories. When you pull off the road, you live your real life, so you tend to write songs more from the heart instead of this rock and roll surface-y thing."
